Is Starter available on 6-month billing?
No. Starter is available only with annual billing at ₹1,499 per month, excluding applicable taxes.
How do Growth and Scale prices change by billing term?
Annual billing has the lowest monthly-equivalent price: Growth ₹3,499 and Scale ₹8,499. With 6-month billing, Growth is ₹3,999 and Scale is ₹8,999 per month.
Is onboarding a recurring charge?
No. Onboarding is a one-time ₹10,000 charge for Starter, Growth and Scale. Standard Marg, Busy or Tally integration is a separate one-time ₹10,000, only if you connect one. Enterprise onboarding and integration are discussed with the team.
Which plans include AI conversations?
Starter includes text AI for customer conversations. Growth includes text AI, 15 images per day and 15 voice notes per day. Scale includes text AI plus unlimited images and voice notes, subject to fair usage: up to 150 images per day and up to 150 voice notes per day. These are separate daily limits.
Are there per-order charges?
No. Starter, Growth and Scale all include unlimited orders.
