For eligible businesses, coexistence allows a WhatsApp Business App number to connect to the WhatsApp Business Platform while continuing to use the Business App.
Can every number use coexistence?
Eligibility and supported functionality depend on Meta’s requirements and the account setup. Mulltiply checks these during onboarding.
Does this remove WhatsApp messaging rules?
No. Customer permissions, applicable messaging policies, template requirements and charges still apply.
Will every app feature and all historical chats be identical?
